Diotec Small Signal and Power MOSFETs
Diotec Semiconductor offers a comprehensive range of various MOSFET types, from traditional THT cases via standard SMD packages to the most recent "leadless" QFN and TOLL outlines. Parts are either available in standard commercial/industrial grading or fully AEC-Q101 qualified, marked by suffix -AQ. They are offered as N, P or dual N+P channel type, and in single, dual and also H bridge configuration. Current ratings start from few Milliamps and end up at 280 Amp, while voltage ranges from 20 to 650 Volts.
